Channels on ‘Last Watched’ reading incorrectly
I have the Xfinity Steam app installed on our Roku boxes and we pay for an Xfinity subscription to access our cable package. Recently (and this isn’t the first time), when I enter channel 703 (our local NBC affiliate), it shows up on the ‘Last Watched’ screen under the channel 1003. Same for ESPN (normally 735) as it shows up under 1035. I can NOT get the app to correct itself. Even if I scroll in the mini-guide to 703 (or ANY channel in the 7, or 800’s), it wants to default back to the channels in the 1000’s. Is anyone else having an issue similar to this?

Re: Channels on ‘Last Watched’ reading incorrectly
Hi @JLill,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community!
We're sorry to hear about the playback issue with the channel. Have you tried following the troubleshooting steps on our support page to see if they helped resolve the issue? How to resolve a channel playback issue
If you are still unable to play videos from one channel after attempting the suggestions on the link, videos from other channels play fine. Contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
All the best,
Chel
