We understand the issue you have encountered with the Channel Guide "No Information", and we're here to help. Please follow the steps below to address the issue.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
