Solving playback issues

we tried the reset procedure provided… it was no change.

we tried to reinstall the app, as per procedure, and no change.

your guidance would be appreciated…

I had the same issue. Live TV would start and freeze after less than a minute and give a 'something went wrong' message. I tried all the 'fixes' I could find online to no avail so had to watch the programing on my other TV with the Roku Ultra. I'm still waiting for Roku to step up myself.
