Why does this happen? I have 7 Roku tv’s , only 1 still has my cable channels. When I scan for channels it says 0 found. I pay to have these channels. I have restarted my Roku account and still nothing! Very very frustrated!
Ive already identified the problem to ROKU and even on this forum. They refuse to solve the issue. It all happened after a software update all of our channels disappeared. They wont let us go back to working software. When u try to identify the issue ROKU will bog u down in what operating system is on your laptop what version this what system that. The problem is on any of their TVs that is connected to the internet. Your only solution now is to restore your TV to the as delivered (system reset) and do not us it connected to the internet or it will automatically update its software and you will lose all your channels again. Yes, this makes it a NON-SMART TV but it will work as a TV fully. If u connect it to the internet for Netflix and the apps u lose the channels. Because ROKU wont let us go back to working system software or fix the issue, your only choice is accept it as-is or go back and reset it to work as a unconnect to the internet television
