Can get nothing to come up on the TV that our Roku Ultra device is connected to. I have been in the online support queue for more than an hour so thought I would try here.
When turning TV on, get usual HDMI in white font across the top and then screen fades to black. No response to any buttons on the remote. Even changed the batteries.
Anyone else?
