Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

I have not. This appears to be a Roku issue, as others on this community have the same ensuing problem with other TV manufacturers. I will attempt to change the home screen background as others have done.
I see a lot of posts regarding black bars on screen . I have only one wide 6" black bar on the right of my screen, covering 1/4 of the picture. There is also a large 5" grey circular blob on the screen. Any help for these

You can post an image by clicking the Insert Photos option and then choosing the file you would like to upload.

We appreciate your post. Just to clarify that you wanted to change the theme on your Roku device. Let's work on it.
You can browse and change themes from the Settings menu using the following steps:
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
After the new theme is downloaded and installed, you can select Set as theme to switch to that theme.
