Max and NFL apps keeps buffering and won't load

we pay for max until Jan 7, but it cut off three weeks ago.

we pay for nfl but no way are we able to get it. keeps running us in a circle.

I feel we are being defrauded.

Buffering can be really frustrating—we completely understand. Here are a few quick fixes you might try.

Let me walk you through the steps.

For the Max app, try doing the suggested steps below:

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

For the NFL app, please specify what error messages you are seeing on your screen when trying to stream so we can further look into it.
