Audio Issue - Great American Baking Show

Jump to solution

Season 1, episode 1 - audio cut out in the showstopper challenge.

I rewound, restarted, turned TV off and on again.  It cuts out at the exact same spot every time.

The audio still works for commercials.

We appreciate you for joining us here at the Roku Community, @Sealove67!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'd be glad to help you out with this. May we first know on what app/channel you are trying to stream the movie/TV show Showstopper challenge?

In addition, have you tried to remove the app by highlighting the app tile, then pressing the star* to select "Remove channel", performing a system reboot by navigating to your Home screen, scrolling up or down to select Settings > System > Power (is this option is unavailable, proceed to the next step) > System restart, and then re-installing the app through our Channel Store website as a workaround? We need to make sure that this procedure has been done precisely to work.

We'll be looking forward to your update, as your satisfaction and convenience are what we aim for.

Kind regards,
Carly
