April 2025 Paramount plus error has occurred during playback

Paramount plus “error has occurred during playback” started on our Roku about 2 weeks ago. I’ve read through all the threads about this issue dating back to June of last year.
I’ve done a router restart, a Roku system restart, made sure Roku software is up to date, and made sure the Paramount+ app is up to date. This error pops up when watching Live TV on Paramount+. 
All of our other streaming apps work fine. I’d love to hear how to resolve this so I can enjoy The Amazing Race without hassle.

We appreciate your troubleshooting steps and would like to gather more information regarding this problem.

Can you please provide the following information below?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
  • Could you share a photo of the error message you are getting?

I am having the same issue. I tried what it said in previous threads about removing the app and restarting the device. It did not work. Paramount plus worked at this location on this device just a couple weeks ago. Here is the requested information:
