Roku signing us out of our app

I'm getting sick of Roku!
They never listen to their customers and continually giving us subpar quality. Customer Servove is nothing but bots with names that only give knee-jerk responses that never work!

I've purchased 2 new but different Rokus is the past year.. the Ulta soso but not worth the $$$. Finally replaced my express with a 4k express but that's when my YouTube app started acting up.. now it's "polluted" my ultra😡😡😡
