We have two Roku TVs that have been streaming Apple+ just fine for many months. This week, one TV continues to stream as usual. However, the second TV brings up our Apple+ account/watchlist OK and when we click to watch any program the program comes up as digital soup -- although we can read the closed captions. We have tried resetting the second Roku TV with no success. BTW ... every other channel is working just fine on both Roku TVs.

Hi @Gale4,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know that you're having an issue with Apple TV Plus on your Roku device. We'd like to look closely into this issue.
We would like to know what you mean by "the program appears as digital soup." Could you please describe the specific behavior of the issue? This information will assist us in investigating the problem further.
We look forward to your response.
Cheers,
The Roku Community Team
"The program appears as digital soup" means the entire screen moves/pulses in a tie-dye pattern I can only imagine looks like what an LSD-tripper sees. Occasionally, the screen goes whiteout ... but always the closed captions are visible. Plus, I can view tiny frame-by-frame pictures perfectly across the bottom. This occurs on only one of our Roku TVs. Other TV streams Apple+ as usual.
Thank you for your response @Gale4.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a clear photo of the TV screen that illustrates the issue you're experiencing. This will help us better understand the problem and assist you more effectively.
How do I insert an image in a post?
Thanks,
The Roku Community Team

@Gale4You have me curious about your data environment aka channel congestion. Have you tried installing an app like WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar if use an iPhone? I ask since there's a slight chance the room where you're having trouble is being impacted by many others using the same channel/band as you are. One you open the app, stand near the TV being impacted and see how many others use the same channel. And if you are able, log into the router and disable 'auto' from channel selection and choose one the app shows is less congested. Beyond that, not sure what else to say. Best of success, regardless
