Our Roku was plugged directly into the TV USB which was connected to Denon 1910 via optical cable. Often, while watching a show the volume would suddenly jump high or low requiring pretty extreme adjustment, or suddenly go 'tinny' where language became impossible to understand. Thought it was the receiver so replaced it with a new one. Same issue. Moved the Roku from the TV to the receiver's HMDI input and the issue persists. This points directly to an issue with the ROKU. Software version is 12.5.5 build 4174-50. Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks for the note!
Please be aware that Roku devices work efficiently if they receive enough power, try plugging it directly into a wall outlet and then try again to see if that makes a difference.
Let us know if that helps!

Re: 3810RW Roku Streaming Stick Volume Issues
Clarification: TV USB was used for powering the Roku... The Roku was plugged into a HDMI 4k @ 120 Hz port.
