I don’t know what version of app it was when problem started several days ago, but since re-installing and updating anew from App Store, it’s 3.1.1.
iPad Pro 4th Gen (12.9)
IOS 17.5.1 (I am currently not updating to newer IOS because of general known app compatibility issues, but both ‘Smart Home’ and this IOS had been working/compatible for over a year of daily usage)
This issue occurred a couple of days ago, with no kind of system or usage changes…one minute it was working, the next it stopped updating camera feed requiring restarting app and have been locked out since.
Has Roku made a change to your servers regarding AOL email addresses (my main email is an AOL account due to various software licenses tied to that address). The AOL account is what I have used with Smart Home app since day one of installing, never had an issue (and still don’t when using web browser to sign-in).
I have no other mobile devices to try, as I live in a rural area and there is no mobile coverage here.

I have now provided my info four times, had forum report ‘success’ in posting, and then found my reply gone!
How many Roku related/created issues do you want me to deal with at one time?

Aol e-mail
your forum keeps marking even the simplest expression of the versions of device and app you requested as ‘Spam’!!!
Why ask me for my specifications, if your forum is not going to accept them??
