We believe the issue accessing the Smart Home app on Android is now resolved.
If you are unable to log in to your account while using the Android Smart Home App, you will need to update to the latest version, 2.7.1 through the Google Play store to resolve this issue.
If you're still experiencing an issue, go ahead and start a new thread so that we can help out. Thanks for your patience while we managed this disruption.

We are aware of an issue affecting Android users attempting to log in to their account. You can still access your camera feeds from your connected Roku devices. We are working to resolve this issue and ask that you please try again later.
This issue only impacts customers who are not already logged into their Smart Home app.
