Firstly, try opening the Roku Smart Home app on your phone and verify what registered or associated email was used. After confirming, log in to the website using the same email address. Make sure (double-check) it's the same email address, and then click the subscribe button. This typically occurs when you use an email address that isn't linked to any Roku smart home cameras.
