I have seven indoor cameras, one of them is a 360. The 360 camera has firmware than the others. I use the home app on three Roku streaming devices and Android phone and an Android tablet all of them have issues connecting to the cameras. I get the spinning dial and then unable to connect message. On the tablet the 360 camera is the only camera I can connect to. They used to work all fine on all devices before they updated. I really like they're streaming devices but these cameras are a disaster.

- Press the Setup button on the bottom of your camera and listen for "Ready to connect". When you hear the phrase, check the box and tap Next.
- Connect to Wi-Fi
- Your 2.4GHz wireless network should be listed in the Wi-Fi network name pull-down
- Learn how to identify and connect to your 2.4GHz network
- Enter your password and tap Next
- Scan QR code
- Hold your camera about 5 inches from the QR code and listen for "QR code scanned. Please wait.". When you hear the phrase, check the box and tap Next.
- Learn what to try if your camera cannot scan the QR code
- Finish setup
- After you hear “Setup completed”, the status light turns solid blue and your camera is ready to use

Re: Cameras not connecting and smart home app
I contacted support and chatted with them for about 20 minutes about my cameras not connecting in the app and while chatting they suddenly started working w/o mitigation. Coincidental? Just sharing my experience.

Re: Cameras not connecting and smart home app
@Dh55 I did too, but support dropped our conversation on purpose because they could not help me. They just ended the chat and of course you can't call anyone. If I go back in again, they go through the whole trying to reset the cameras and it does not work. Coincidentally mine worked for less than an hour and then quit again. It's a firmware problem that is not being addressed.
