We understand that, despite having a subscription, your Roku outdoor camera is not saving the recordings from the Roku smart home app, which is causing you problems. We're happy to help. To make sure that the Smart Home records the pictures and videos, you need to ensure that you have allowed the storage and other important aspects under the app permission so that the Roku Smart Home app is able to have full access and record the videos and images.
