streaming audio to headphones
My Roku Streaming Stick+ (2021 vintage) streams audio to my headphones (actually hearing aids) beautifully, but I can't get my newer Roku Express 4K to do the same (when I "throw" the switch in the Roku app, the speaker sound does mute, but sound never appears in my aids). What am I doing wrong?

Re: streaming audio to headphones
So you're using the Roku app on a phone or tablet to establish remote listening and doing the listening via hearing aids connected to the phone/tablet, presumably via Bluetooth?
For the Express 4K, if you don't have the hearing aids connected to the phone/tablet's Bluetooth, when turning on remote listening in the Roku app do you receive the audio over the phone/tablet's internal speaker? And please forgive me for asking this, but you do have the volume on the phone/tablet turned up enough to hear?
And is this the same phone/tablet you use with the Streaming Stick+ ? If not, have you successfully paired the hearing aids to the Bluetooth on this phone/tablet? Can you hear other sounds (music etc) from this phone/tablet on the hearing aids?
