@Ruva, check the email address that's displayed on the TV under Settings->System->About. Is it yours? If so, use that email address to log in at https://my.roku.com. If it's not, you'll have to factory reset the TV to link it to your Roku account. You can find "factory reset" under Settings->System->Advanced system settings. There is no other way to link a Roku device to a Roku account.
I had previously checked this bulletin board because I couldn't get my new Roku TV to send an activation email after entering it 3 times. THEN, I realized I was entering the email in ALL CAPITALS, when my original account had the email in lower case. Problem solved. All set now.

dont know guy who had tv, he has fuubo. roku works great on my other 2 tvs, but cant get him offf this smart tv with built in roku. the other two have roku remotes seet up
