email not arriving after a factory reset

Roku express mod 3930X SN SOO9319FU8SG. Will not send the email to [personal information removed] so I can't finish the reset

Both state “Can’t seem to reach you by email. Bot 4 Roku Express. Two work fine, two don’t connect. Done factory resets on the two that don’t work. Same error message.
