Why can't I delete OTA channels from tv

Jump to solution

I want to delete OTA channels from the guide. I've read all the advice on this website but nothing works.

When I press the * button, there is no "Manage Channels" no "Edit Channel Lineup". I can't navigate far enough left to highlight the channel number, so no "Hide this Channel" or "Manage Channels"

Thiis so frustrating. My previous tv maybe wasn't smart but it was simple and easy to navigate round.

Hi @Mike192,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand you want to delete OTA channels from the channel guide. We're happy to help. Please be advised that you can delete or "hide" over-the-air (OTA) channels on a Roku device by accessing the channel options menu and selecting "Hide this channel" for each individual channel you want to remove from your viewing list; essentially hiding them from your channel guide, but not completely deleting them from the system itself.

Hope you'll find this info useful. Let us know if you still have any questions.

Kind regards,
John
