With that being said, could you please tell us if you're having the same issues as others who have posted here? Is this about the white blinking light? If so, could you please confirm if this happens when you've pressed buttons on your remote?

Hi there! We've tried everything to stop the WHITE blinking light:
Device: Roku Express HD.
Issue: Roku screen is good, BUT white blinking light on roku will not let us set it up.
Troubleshooting:
- We've reset the router with paperclip.
- We've reset the roku with paperclip.
- We're using all the new wires to roku device and batteries in remote.
- We've directly plugged roku into the wall power supply.
NOTHING HAS WORKED.

We appreciate you providing this photo, and we would be delighted to help you further. Please be advised that this usually occurs when your Roku remote is not paired or is not able to control your Roku device.

What Roku device are you trying to set up (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Ultra, Roku TV), and what Roku remote (Simple, Voice, or Voice Pro) are you using right now?
