Same issue here, have tried 2 wifi networks and my mobile hotspot and 2 different emails. About to pack this up and return it
What a pain...I've had this one for a year or so and I had to do a factory reset and now I can't log in.
Well this one is brand new.. I had to replace an older version cause certain apps were no longer compatible (that's also super annoying but whatever) and now I can't even use the new one!

There is a major outage according to phone support
Same issue. Called 2 different Roku support lines. First said I had to leave an email and they might get back to me so I did... 2nd one was a live person but she told me to unplug my Roku and try again... Which of course I had already done 5x before I called her and then told me basically she can't help me anymore and to try again in 30 minutes.. WTF
Looking online I've seen that people have been experiencing this issue since 2021 on other forums so does Roku actually care about fixin this issue?
I'm about to return my Roku box and get an Amazon version, it's only 10$ more and that's worth peace of mind.
I just got it working at 340 cst
Update: It is working now, tried an hour later and is now in service!
