Many basic cable channels can be streamed if you are paying for them through a paid "TV provider" account (such as a cable or satellite account) that carries them.
If you have a tv provider at home that carries these stations, you should be able to log into the channel apps for these channels on a Roku using the email and password for your home tv provider account.
If the channels are not already installed on this Roku, you should be able to install them from the Roku Channel Store in the left side of the Roku home page.
