WIFI Internet Connection on Guest but not Internal Network

My ROKU device will connect to the Guest WIFI network but not the internal WIFI network. I have changed the password on the internal WIFI to ensure I am using the correct (same) password on the ROKU device.

The TABLO app on my ROKU will not work on a guest network, only an internal network so no access to TABLO.

Anyone have a solution? Tom

    What error message or code do you get when you try to connect?  Are there any obvious differences between the two networks?
