WIFI Internet Connection on Guest but not Internal Network

My ROKU device will connect to the Guest WIFI network but not the internal WIFI network. I have changed the password on the internal WIFI to ensure I am using the correct (same) password on the ROKU ...

What error message or code do you get when you try to connect?  Are there any obvious differences between the two networks?
