"No signal" is something a TV displays when it's on the "wrong" input or the device on that input is asleep or off. It's not really a problem in itself - just information.
Have you tried pressing the home key on the Roku to wake it up?

IAfter trying everything in these answers it still took me forever to figure this out. The adapter that goes into the power outlet that then connects to the power cord that goes into your Roku device was no longer working.
