Have you tried rebooting your Router instead? You may simply unplug it from the power source and plug it back in after several seconds.

Also, since you mentioned that all your other devices are affected aside from Roku, this may also be caused by your internet connection, and you may need to call your provider for help.

Yes sir I did factory reset on all 3x and I have to keep clearing cache on 58 in TV for remote to make the Roku noise when going to apps or back and home buttons

I either have to update t con board or do a clear cache on TV to get remote to make the TV noise.Sound like watching TV or movies has sound just when you turn TV off come back and remote don't make noise when you press home or the back button.Have factory reset TV and router.
