Please use issue ID T7-502-650 to report issue...when using remote TV making a different noise like spring

TV was fine earlier making regular Roku beep noise and my Roku Express is ok just big TV sounding sick when using remote like pressing home and back button.

Problem solved I cleaned cache and TV is now back to making regular Roku beeping noise but still not sure what happened?

Now I am having a error 003 won't let me update software on my 58 inch Roku TV.And it still makes that funny noise every so often.

We understand that the issue you're experiencing with your Roku still hasn't been resolved. No worries; we're here to help.

For the update to be successful, your Roku device needs to have a reliable internet connection.

As you have mentioned that you encountered error 003 when updating, try the following fixes below to see if it'll do the trick:

• Check your internet connection. Go to Settings > Network > Check connection. If a stronger wireless signal is detected, you will see an on-screen message suggesting you connect to a recommended network. If the recommended network requires a different password, you will be prompted to enter one.
• Reboot your Router. Simply unplug your router from the power source, then plug it back in after several seconds to restart your internet. Lastly;
• Reboot your Roku device. Start by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart. This will clear the cache on your Roku TV.

The audio problems might be resolved if you receive the latest software update and successfully initiate it on your TV.

What is the direct Roku DT7-11F258?It shows a wifi connection on my devices so I have disabled it and it goes away but comes right back and I got rid of voice remote and went back to remote that came with tv

@K_C1, it's the connection for the voice remote.  How did you disable it?  You have to go into Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Device connect to disable it.  If you do, you won't be able to use a voice remote, screen mirroring, or be able to use your device at a hotel or dorm.

That is how I did it and I threw voice remote away.I disable device connect but it is still showing a signal on my devices direct Roku DT7-11F258 broadcasting on all my devices.And now TV stopped making remote noise like when you hit home button back up down left right.I have to keep clearing cache to make remote start working never had these kinda problems until network seemed to be hacked because my phones and my son's tablet and PC all started acting up like they was remotely accessed.Now TV and Roku Express has both had issues.
