Last night, 10/13/23, I was firing up the Roku Express and it said it could not connect. It needed an update. So I clicked it and the screen went to sign-in/create acct. I have an acct, but I put it in around 15 times, and still the same screen. QR code is the same. I hit the reset button, and still it wants a sign in. Any solutions? Thanks. P. S. It also showed a different serial number.
