Paramount Plus narrating on Roku TV
My Paramount Plus app on Roku TV is narrating all shows and movies. No other app is doing that, therefore it's not the TV, but just to be completely positive I checked my TV's main accessibility settings and found the screen reader is turned off. I tried starting a movie and then pressing * for TV Settings. I opened the Accessibility & Language option and clicked on Audio track. The movies/shows I checked were set on English only, not on English AD:Audio Description. I have tried every fix that I've found within the community and nothing works! Please, can someone help me figure this out?

I understand the issue you have encountered with the Paramount+ that narrates the content while streaming, and I'm here to help. To resolve the issue, kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
- Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
- Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen and add the channel again.
