Roku setup

Roku device says no signal. I have tried everything it says to do and still don't work. Will come on the letters do the little dance and it goes off says no signal. Have unplugged everything for over 5 mins and nothing... Please help

I have reset the device. Tried different cords. Unplugged it for a bit. And still says no signal.

We will be delighted to assist you further with this issue you had with the Roku device, which was showing no signal. Please try to switch the HDMI outputs on the back of your TV.

If the problem persists, can you please provide the following information below?

• How are you powering your Roku device? Is it directly plugged into the wall outlet or power strip?
• Try to plug your Roku device into a different TV and see if that will make any changes.

We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
