I just replaced my old Roku with a new 2022 Ultra and get no Video. my set up...
Roku Ultra (4800 series) # connected to HDMI-3 of a Pioneer VSZ-1131 4K receiver, which is connected to HDMI-1 of a ONN 4K" smart TV.
At first power up it worked fine and I was able to go through some of the basic setup. I was able to pair the remote, verify Ethernet connection, and then Roku software update. After the update, the Roku rebooted, I could see the dancing Roku logo for about 10-15 seconds, then the screen went blank. If I hit the home button on the remote I can hear it beep through the stereo, but nothing on the screen.
I have tried a new HDMI cable- no luck.
if I connect the new ROKU directly to the TV it does work but this will not work for me as I use the stereo to split the video feed to my projector as well.
I have reinstalled the old Roku and it still works.
I assume there is a configuration setting that I will need to manually set, but am not sure what it is. I have tried various setting on both the AVR and the Roku to no avail.
Any help will be appreciated.

I have verified the correct input source on both the AVR and the TV
I have tried a new HDMI cable
I have reseated the HDMI cables at both ends
The TV & AVR both worked with new roku during initial set up and still with old Roku.
I have tried CEC enabled and disabled
USB not used

why would it work during set up and stop after the update?
Also why does it work fine when connected directly to the TV but not through the AVR? even thou the old unit still works through the AVR.
after disconnecting from the AVR and connecting direct to the TV, there was a message akin to 'could not set resolution' or something like that.

I have no video, so I can not give you and of the requested info.
Connect the Roku device directly to the TV (do not use the AVR) for troubleshooting and in order to provide the information requested by @RokuMary-F.
Also, while connected directly to the TV, try manually setting the desired resolution for your TV in Settings/Display Type. Do not use Automatic. I would also try experimenting with the Power Saving feature of the 4800. (Settings/System/Power/Auto Power Savings). This causes some HDMI related issues as well. (especially in switched setups, ie. network, hdmi, or AVR).
Then plug back into your AVR and see if resolves issue.
