We understand you're having a problem with the Roku device since it keeps restarting. We're happy to help.
An excellent place to start is with the power supply. Try using a power adapter on the wall if you currently use a TV USB port. (Any 5volt, 1amp cell phone charging adapter should work). If you currently use a power adapter at the wall, swap it out with another one and see if that resolves the issue.
