Hello, I’ve tried resetting, changing plugs and restarting my tv. It lets me input wifi and activate my email then as soon as im done it starts this restart loop that doesn’t stop until I hit the reset button then its good for a few minutes and starts the loop again. I just bought this device not even 2 weeks ago.

An excellent place to start is with the power supply. Try using a power adapter on the wall if you currently use a TV USB port. (Any 5volt, 1amp cell phone charging adapter should work). If you currently use a power adapter at the wall, swap it out with another one and see if that resolves the issue.
