Roku setup

Roku stick 4k reboots randomly mid watching a movie every 30 minutes.

Software version: 14.1.4 built 7709-e6 gc version: 13.5.12

Things I have done to fix but no luck:

Unplugged from th3 wall for several minutes.

Checked internet connection.

Rebooted and reset my internet equipment.

Rebooted the roku stick through the menu.

Checked for update.

Factory reset.

Changed hdmi port.

And yes its connected directly to the wall with no power surge protector using the power adapter and the cable that was provided from roku.

And it does happen with all the apps.

I have 2 older rokus in the same household that work perfectly fine.

Have you also tried connecting the Roku Streaming Stick to other TVs to see if the issue persists? If not, could you give it a shot so we can isolate the issue?
