I moved my roku to another TV and I can't get it past the ENGLISH screen

My ROKU device was working perfectly.  Then I moved it to another TV and I can't get past the "looking for software update."  A few weeks ago I had moved this same ROKU to the same TV and it worked.  Moved it back to my main TV and it worked fine. I purchased a new ROKU  and could not get it out of GUEST MODE so I sent it back and again moved my ROKU to this TV.  It is still stuck. have factory reset it twice and it still does not work.

Welcome to the Roku Community! 

We noticed that you're having trouble with your new Roku device that's stuck in Guest mode, and we're here to assist you. If your device is stuck in Guest mode and you're unable to exit, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  2. Scroll down to My streaming devices & TVs.
  3. Find your Roku device and select Disable Guest Mode.
  4. Enter your Roku PIN and select Disable Guest Mode.

If you need detailed instructions, you can visit our support page. The page provides a step-by-step guide on how to turn Guest Mode off on your Roku streaming device.

In case the above instruction doesn't apply, you can perform a factory reset on your device. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset.

Please note that this process will erase all the data on your device, and you'll need to set up the device as new.
