I return to cable TV from ROKU by pressing the SOURCE button on my TV remote and selecting COMPONENT which is cable for my setup. That brings me back to cable which functions normally. Before I was able to do that however, I had to first, on my ROKU Express remote on the initial ROKU display screen, select Settings, select System, select Control other devices, then disable the "1-touch play". To get back to ROKU from cable I again press the SOURCE button on my TV remote and select the HDMI which contains ROKU.
