Roku setup

The WIFI  router is located 75 feet from my trailer in the trailer park office. There may be other trailers getting Roku from the same router.  I have not yet purchased a TV with built-in Roku. What do I need to explore to be sure I buy the right TV and will it receive Roku signal through the park office?
