I’m trying to get my Roku pin. All the instructions take me to resetting my password. Password works fine. I’m connected fine. I just need the pin so that I can order some of the channels.

You can change your PIN on your user account at https://my.roku.com. There's a button to change your PIN preference there, and it also allows you to change the PIN.

I go into roku and select change pin, put new 4 digits in but won't let me save it.

@dominowskiryan, if you're doing it on a phone try it on a computer.
