Roku TV remotes not connecting to correct TV'S using phone app won't allow me to rename them back how they were and placed in the right rooms app keeps signing me out and I keep repeating same directions and get kicked off the app to sign back in. Reason most people have the app remotes is so they wouldn't have to literally deal with getting out of bed and go to each room to turn TV'S off, especially when kids fall asleep with them on. Please fix these issues. Roku TV'S are the best but lately they have been horrible managing their apps remotes connecting Bluetooth device set- ups and so much more. So aggy!

We appreciate you reaching us here regarding your concerns with our Roku mobile app. Please note that physical Roku remotes must be manually paired to the appropriate Roku device or TV; this cannot be done using the Roku mobile app because the remote has its own pairing button. Additionally, the Roku mobile app must be paired with a specific device or TV in order to work, and it is inoperable when not directed at a Roku streaming device or TV.
Furthermore, if your Roku mobile app is having issues, you can try to uninstall the app, restart your mobile phone, and then reinstall it again.
