Roku mobile app

My Roku Express I use the remote app on my phone but it randomly has a notification now on my screen saying headphone mode now playing. I have never connected headphones to the device or to my phone for the Roku I can't figure out how to turn it off I've already tried tapping the headphone button and taking it off when I tap the headphone button it comes through my phone but no matter what the headphone mode will not come off my notification bar it's driving me nuts

The same thing is happening to me. I don't get it. I have never used headphones with my Roku....
