If you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps, you may try the following troubleshooting steps below:
- Try removing and then reinstalling the app to see if the issue is resolved.
- Try to sign out then sign in on the app again.
- You may also try it on a different phone and see if the app behavior is also observed.
- Make sure the app is up to date. Check for any new firmware on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
