- My Roku remote on my phone app was fine now I can't find the "search" there's no where to search. also I tried to reset my password 2 times and got an email and said it was successfully reset. I went to enter it and says email or password is incorrect

Have you tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and signing back into the app? If not, we recommend doing so.
