If you want some devices/serial numbers here's a list from me. ALL OF THESE DO NOT WORK with my iPhone 14. The iPhone 14 DOES NOT FIND THEM! Not a single one of them!!!
Now, an iPhone 13, and an iPhone 12, and 2 different iPads all find them perfectly fine!!
Doesn't this help articulate that the problem MUST NOT be with any specific Roku devices?? BTW, all of the Roku devices are set to update, they are all as current as the latest software available to them. But clearly this is entirely irrelevant!! (Also you might note that I'm an avid consumer of Roku products)

YEAH!!!! YOU FIXED IT!!! My iPhone 14 found all local devices this morning. Nice work guys it’s greatly appreciated.
Well who would have thunk it. I gave up, switched to other streaming devices and could be happier. My 3 Roku devices went in the trash several weeks ago. I wish Roku would have gotten on this sooner but I'm glad it's finally resolved for so many that were still waiting.
I’ve had this issue for 3 months. Make sure your WiFi router is set to “Hidden” or “Private”.
reset network settings bingo
reset network connection bingo
I was having this exact issue. I just had to go into setting, click on Roku in my list of apps and enable the “local network” option.
