How do I get all my Roku tv’s showing in the app? When I login to my account it shows all my TV’s but it doesn’t show in the app to connect too

It's possible you have a setting in your network router that is blocking WiFi access to other connected devices on the network. This is often done for security reasons, but generally doesn't need to be activated for a private home network. But those settings are sometimes enabled by default, so they must be turned off. Also, your home network needs to be using a Private IP address range. As long as you didn't change that from default when you set your network up it should be fine. But your IP addresses should be starting with 192.168, with the third digit usually a zero or one, and then the final digit is different for each device (should be a number between two and 254).
Rokus also have a setting: Settings -> System -> Advanced system settings -> Control by mobile apps -> Network access which determines whether they will accept commands from mobile apps.

The app only shows the Roku devices that are visible on your network at the time. If you aren't connected to your home network with your phone, you won't see or be able to control your Roku devices. Both the phone and the Roku MUST be on the same private network.
