A couple user's?!?!?! I'm sitting here scrolling this thread right now as I'm trying to watch Apple TV, Netflix and Prime Video with the exact same issue everyone else has been explaining. Both my Roku's has been doing this **bleep** for year's now. On different TV brand's, at least 8 different Bluetooth devices and it's the same exact issue on all the different variables. Pretty annoying when the audio skips every 20 seconds or so. Really pissed that I have 2 extra brand Roku's sitting in the box's as backup's and I already know it won't matter
I'm experiencing this too. I've restarted my TV multiple times, un-installed and reinstalled the app, checked my internet, everything and I'm STILL experiencing this. It just suddenly started happening too, private listening is pretty much unusable now.
Yes, I'm still having the same issue. And no help from Roku on this defect.
It absolutely sucks you have to connect headphones to this stupid roku app rather than directly to the TV!
I have four Roku TVs and every time I try to use the private listening on the Roku remote app I get this broken audio problem. It is a real problem the ROKU team needs to solve. Been happening way too long. Does not matter what external speakers or headsets I use. It is definitely a Roku app or device problem. I find it strange their technical team cannot duplicate the problem and come up with a fix unless they are just ignoring it. I know I will not purchase any Roku devises in the future until this problem has been resolved. Roku team does not even bother to respond to the problem anymore. Maybe time to take the audio problems to more public venues.
Private listening remains completely broken and unusable and Roku support is completely ignoring the issue based on their lack of acknowledgement and responding here. How about letting us know if development is underway to resolve this bug Roku?
