Streaming player issues that need repair

what is the legitimate Roku phone number to call to replace a streaming player that I have had for about 5 years. It continues to overheat. I did all the fixes they suggested. The player needs to be replaced. Who has the correct "safe" phone number to call?

Re: Streaming player issues that need repair

@JohnnyReno, I'm sorry, but if it's 5 years old there's no way Roku is going to replace it.  The warranty is one year and after that you're on your own.  I think you're just wasting your time trying to find a phone number that will more than likely lead you to some scammer.
