Roku legacy products

Ever since the update this week, my Roku 3 will not go to my streaming services.  It just gives me this blip sound.  I have to unplug my HDMI cable and the power cable.  Then when I plug them back in everything is fine until I turn my TV on the next time.  Is anyone else encountering this issue?  Do you have any suggestions how to fix it?

I am having that issue where i can see the screen click on a app and then it goes black but can hear the show
