Our Roku was working well until a couple of weeks ago. At that time, we started getting ‘not connected’ message. Restarting the device fixed this each time, annoying but workable. Then, a couple of days ago, we started getting the ‘low power’ message. The device is plugged into a wall socket using the provided cable. Is there a fix or do we need to get a replacement device?

Hey Andy, interesting situation. Couple thoughts
First....What kind of Roku player do you use?
2nd....How long have you owned it for?
3rd.....Do you have access to the receipt that you purchase the player with?
4th....The devices plugs could be the issues and using another may solve the issue. Do you own a 2nd Roku by any chance?
